As we welcomed 2026, we took a moment to reflect on the milestones, achievements, and meaningful connections that shaped Global Water’s 2025.
From meeting industry partners to expanding our product range and strengthening our operations, it was a year filled with growth and purpose.

Meeting you in person
Throughout 2025, we had the pleasure of meeting clients, engineers, and industry peers at events including Ozwater and multiple BDM-hosted sessions across South Australia and Western Australia.
These in-person conversations allowed us to better understand the needs of councils, utilities, and contractors as well as showcase solutions designed for long-term reliability in water and wastewater applications.
Growing the team
This year, we expanded the Global Water team with new specialists across technical and customer-focused roles.
Their experience strengthened our ability to design solutions, support projects, and deliver the high-quality service customers rely on.
Every new team member added more capability as well as more ways for us to help our partners succeed.
Customer wins
2025 brought a range of rewarding projects, where we worked alongside engineers, councils, and contractors to upgrade critical infrastructure. Some highlights included:
-
A sewer pump station upgrade for a Port Augusta care facility, improving performance and longevity.
-
A robust trade waste pump station for Macro Meats, designed to handle demanding conditions with ease.
These projects reflected our commitment to delivering dependable, tailored solutions that support communities and essential services.
Bringing you more solutions
We continued expanding our offering by introducing new poly pump station range, including 3 m deep and
10,500 L options, also tank-only for flexibility.
We also launched the new EnviroLift Volym, featuring an oval chamber shape, Sludge-Kill™ benching, and the ability to house up to three pumps which is a solution engineered for cleaner performance and better hydraulic behaviour.
Strengthening our processes
To support growing demand, we upgraded our EnviroLift moulds, enabling more efficient production and consistent output.
These enhancements allowed us to offer faster turnaround times and more reliable delivery schedules ultimately helping customers keep their projects on track from planning to installation.
Sharing what we know
Education remained a key focus throughout 2025.
We created short, easy-to-follow videos that simplified pump station concepts for our social media audience.
Another year of Pump Stations Direct
Our self-service platform, Pump Stations Direct, continued to grow, offering plumbing businesses nationwide the ability to configure, price, and order pump station packages online 24/7.
This nation-first process empowered customers to move quickly on projects, get accurate quotes instantly, and streamline procurement without needing a salesperson. It remained an important part of how we made water solutions easier and more accessible across Australia.
Becoming a Great Place to Work
One of our proudest moments in 2025 was earning Great Place to Work® Certification in Australia.
This recognition reflected the strong culture, collaboration, and dedication of our entire team. It affirmed our commitment to creating a workplace where people feel valued, trusted, and supported.
Thank you for an incredible year
To our team, clients, partners, and community we thank you for being part of Global Water’s journey in 2025.
Your trust and collaboration continue to drive our mission to deliver solutions that protect communities, improve infrastructure, and support sustainable water management.
Here’s to another year of progress, innovation, and partnership in 2026.
