The motor provides the higher energy efficiency available in the market (in accordance with IEC 60034-30) by reducing energy consumption by up to 25% over alternative mixer models.
3-stage helical gearbox with strong bearing configuration
The Flow Booster’s gearbox allows numerous reduction ratios via fatigue-strength helical gears and provides high efficiency with a calculated lifetime of more than 100,000 hours.
Efficient and easy-to-mount propeller
The propellers produce high thrust and high flow capacity in an axial direction. They self-clean due to the blade profile and special curved propeller edge.
Patented concrete pedestal with heavy-duty, fully lockable coupling device
Turbulence is eliminated due to the streamlined shape, which not only suppresses all damaging vibration but improve propeller efficiency. The pedestal allows for raising and lowering of the unit for inspection, even if the tank is filled.
Solids deflection ring
This ring protects the mechanical seal from damage due to the ingress solids or fibrous matter.
Enhanced mechanical seal protection system
This protection system offers longer seal life and prevents clogging of the mechanical seal.
