Product information

Global Water’s concrete pump stations are engineered for strength, durability and consistent performance in demanding environments. Each precast pump station is mould-formed and intensely vibrated using fibre-reinforced concrete and high early strength cement, delivering superior structural integrity and long service life. For sewer applications, tanks are also available with calcareous aggregate to enhance resistance to aggressive conditions.

All precast concrete pump stations are fully compliant with AS/NZS 1546.1:2008 and Department of Health approved, meeting strict Australian standards for safety and performance. Designed to suit a wide range of project requirements, pump stations are available in multiple sizes and configurations, accommodating single or multiple pump setups with customised internal pipework and layouts.

Our precast concrete pump stations are suitable for drainage, sewer transfer and residential, commercial and industrial infrastructure.

Each station can be supplied as a complete package, including pumps, valves, pipework and control systems, with options tailored to specific site and application needs.

Concrete pump station product range

DrainAce Concrete pump station

DrainAce Precast Concrete pump station

The DrainAce Concrete pump station is a versatile precast system designed for residential and light commercial wastewater and stormwater applications. Manufactured using intensely vibrated high early-strength cement and calcareous aggregate, it provides a durable and cost-effective precast concrete pump station solution. Its compact footprint allows installation in space-constrained areas while maintaining the structural strength and reliability expected from modern concrete pumping stations.

EnviroLift Modular concrete

EnviroLift Modular precast concrete pump station

EnviroLift Modular concrete pump stations provide a robust engineered solution for wastewater, stormwater and trade waste applications. These precast concrete pumping stations feature mould-formed construction with an integral valve chamber – an SA Water approved design focused on operational efficiency and WHS safety. Supplied as a fully pre-packaged system, EnviroLift stations are designed to simplify installation while meeting WSAA guidelines and regulatory requirements.

EnviroLift Volym

EnviroLift Volym concrete pump station

EnviroLift Volym concrete pump stations are designed for large-scale wastewater and stormwater infrastructure where high capacity and durability are essential. Constructed from 50 MPa sulphate-resistant concrete with a one-piece leak-free base, these precast pump stations offer exceptional structural integrity and long service life. With capacity for up to four pumps and optional self-cleaning benching, Volym systems support demanding infrastructure and subdivision pumping applications.

FAQs

What is a concrete pump station used for?

A concrete pump station is used to move wastewater, stormwater or effluent from a lower elevation to a higher discharge point when gravity drainage is not possible. They are commonly installed in residential developments, commercial buildings and municipal infrastructure.

What is the difference between a precast concrete pump station and other materials?

Precast concrete pump stations are manufactured off-site and delivered ready for installation. Compared with other materials, concrete offers superior structural strength, durability and resistance to environmental stresses, making it ideal for high-load or long-life infrastructure applications.

How long do concrete pump stations last?

When properly designed and installed, high-quality precast concrete pump stations can achieve service lives exceeding 50 years. The strength of precast concrete and resistance to corrosion contribute to their long-term reliability.

Are concrete pump stations suitable for large infrastructure projects?

Yes. Concrete pump stations are widely used for large infrastructure, subdivisions and municipal networks because they provide high storage capacity, structural strength and the ability to support multiple pump configurations.
