DrainAce Concrete Pump Station

Global Water’s DrainAce Concrete Pump Stations are a versatile range of precast mould-formed stations made from intensely vibrated high-early strength cement and calcareous aggregate. Designed for residential and light commercial applications, the DrainAce concrete pump station is a lower cost option for stormwater, effluent and water supply systems. The stations can also be used as storage tanks either above or below ground and buried up to 1.75 m depth. 

Key features of the DrainAce Concrete Pump Stations include: 

  • capacities from 5,400 to 22,600 L
  • pre-engineered for long life - design conforms to AS7375
  • large range of pumps up to 80 mm discharge
  •  range of cover assemblies for different load ratings
  • suitable for burying below ground.
  • comply to ASNZ1546.1
  • Department of Health approved

APPLICATIONS

The DrainAce Compact is commonly found in restaurants, basements of high-rise buildings, boardrooms, laboratories, doctor or dental surgeries, construction sites and portable buildings. Units are also available for greasy waste discharge from grease arrestors.

  • capable of being installed below ground to save space
  • ‘swift-lift’ system with certified lifting points, in both chamber and increments - resulting in faster and safer installation
  • Chamber can be customized to suit any pipework size or configuration
  • 600 mm diameter manhole access as standard, but full range of cover sizes available to suit any application
  • Coverslab options available for Class B (150 mm) and D (250 mm) vehicle loads. Extension rises available as required.
