The lightweight polyethylene sump option is only available 600 mm deep and is both robust and economical. The sumps can also be used as silt traps or collection sumps for larger stormwater systems.
Glass reinforced cement (GRC) is a combination of glass fibre and cement mortars to give a superior quality material. Its extreme toughness and rigidity has a strength-to-weight ratio far beyond other cement based materials.
Lid options available are light service GRC, light or heavy service grates and cast iron covers.
The Global Water range of submersible sump pumps provide a dependable solution for pumping drainage water, stormwater and mildly contaminated wastewater. Silt baskets (model GPT) are available to protect pumps from trash and silt (900 mm deep pits only.)
