ENVIROLIFT MODULAR CONCRETE PUMP STATIONS

EnviroLift Packaged Concrete Pump Stations

The EnviroLift Modular Concrete Pump Station range offers a robust, engineered solution for wastewater, stormwater and trade waste applications. These precast concrete pumping stations feature a mould-formed construction with an  integral valve chamber - an SA Water approved design delivering superior strength, efficiency and WHS-focused safety.

As a fully pre-packaged pump station, EnviroLift systems arrive ready to install, with reduced footprint, and compliance with WSAA and relevant regulatory standards. They’re the first system of choice for wastewater removal for engineers and contractors across Australia.

Features of the EnviroLift Modular Concrete Pump Stations include:

  • sizes through to Ø3600 mm
  • depths to 15 m
  • largest emergency storage volume - 10 m3 volume per metre of depth
  • pumps up to Ø450 mm discharge size can be installed
  • large valve chamber (1800 x 2200 mm) to accommodate larger valves or even dry-well pumps
  • available with or without automatic level control
  • passage of solids from 20-150 mm
  • comes supplied with 10 m cable
  • compact shape, fittings for easy mounting and small sump requirements enable a quick and cost-effective solution

PRODUCT INFORMATION

The EnviroLift system combines concrete water storage durability with the flexibility and performance of a modern packaged pump station. The high-strength construction and the highest level of engineered quality, reliability and WHS safety design make this a station of choice for water authority and municipal applications.

Global Water has been actively engaged in developing a wide range of safety focused alternative systems to suit the many and varied demands of the Australian market, where site conditions will not allow the gravity disposal of raw sewage, effluent, trade waste and stormwater.

Concrete chamber: The EnviroLift pre-cast concrete pits are a unique, mould-formed chamber with a smooth, hard, impervious finish, specially designed to give superior life by combining high strength (50 MPa) sulphate resistant (SR) cement and calcareous aggregate. Internal coatings or polyethylene linings are available as options.

Pumps and control panels: Each EnviroLift concrete pump station is available with a range of pump configurations, from effluent and sewage to stormwater and industrial trade waste. The use of submersible pumps results in a more efficient installation with greater flexibility of location, significantly reduced noise and odour pollution and eliminating pump priming problems.

The EnviroLift’s integral valve chamber and extended cover slab offer operators a complete pre-packaged pump station ready for installation. Key benefits include:

  • smaller footprint size - neater installation
  • ease of maintenance - dismantling joint is 90º elbow
  • one-way valve chamber drains with very short drain line
  • no need for separate concrete pours for switchgear and vent stack
  • shorter cable runs - easier pump replacement
  • on-site commissioning available through Global Water along with full back-up provided with a preventative maintenance program available on request

EnviroLift packaged pump stations are approved by relevant water authorities around Australia, including SA Water, and comprise a pre-cast concrete holding tank in a range of sizes, single or dual submersible pumps with either a built-in float switch or control panel operated, and all internal pipework and valves.

Pits can be supplied with integral valve chambers, fully sealed against ingress of liquid or gas, an innovation which further reduces capital cost, space requirements and on-site labour.
