PRODUCT INFORMATION

The DrainAce Precast Pump Station is a compact, durable solution designed for easy installation in space-constrained residential or commercial settings. It’s ideal where a small footprint is essential, without compromising on reliability, compliance, or long-term performance.

Each station is constructed from intensely vibrated, high-early strength concrete, ensuring structural integrity and resistance to corrosion or degradation in harsh environmental conditions. This makes the DrainAce a long-lasting solution for wastewater, stormwater, and water reuse systems.

Key benefits include:

  • Space-saving design: The chamber is compact and purpose-built for below-ground installation, making it ideal for sites with limited space or strict planning constraints.
  • Fast and safe installation: Equipped with a ‘Swift-lift’ lifting system and certified lifting points on both the chamber and extension risers, the DrainAce precast pump station allows for safe crane handling and streamlined site install.
  • Customisable chamber configuration: The internal layout can be customised to suit any pipework size or connection configuration, ensuring compatibility with project-specific designs.
  • Manhole and access flexibility: A 600 mm diameter access opening is standard, but the system also supports a full range of cover sizes and access arrangements. This ensures compliance with maintenance requirements and operational access standards.
  • Heavy-duty Coverslab options: Coverslabs are available in Class B (150 mm) and Class D (250 mm) load ratings, allowing installation in pedestrian areas, car parks or roadways. Extension rises are also available to allow for large emergency storage capacities or where deeper installation is needed
  • Built to last: Manufactured using high-strength, intensely vibrated concrete with calcareous aggregate, the DrainAce precast pump station is engineered for longevity in tough environmental conditions.
